Erna has lived in the same house here in Las Vegas for over 36 years, and we are proud to be able to say we have taken care of her air conditioning needs for 12 of those years. Hmmm….sometimes when we walk into a commercial office we may have caught the tail end of what really took place. But I’ve witnessed similar situations. Never quite this bad, but almost. One time a manager had me move the actual thermostat into his office while leaving a dummy thermostat in place where it was so his co-worker thought they were still controlling the thermostat.
