With all the negativity involved in today’s world with contractors taking advantage of their customers and the consumers often times looking to complain there way into free services, it’s nice when contractors actually do what they say they will … but especially nice when clients take a moment out there busy day to call in and say, "Hey, just so you are aware I want to thank you for doing a good job."  This was the case yesterday when Steve called in to our office.  Thanks Steve, you’re a gentleman and a scholar!
